This no cook pizza sauce recipe is super easy and takes less than 5 minutes to prepare. In our home, we try to have one healthy, homemade pizza night per fortnight. Each of us enjoy a different style of pizza, but this simple pizza sauce that we make from scratch will suit them all.
- 1 Cup tomato paste
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large clove of garlic (crushed)
- 2 tsp caster sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- Place ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
- Using a spatula or the back of a large spoon, apply sauce liberally to your pizza base, before adding cheese and your favourite toppings.
